My 2 cents

The one thing that is the most important thing and means everything to me is my family.  The people in my family are my biggest supporters. They mean so much to me. Every year my family and I would go on a family trip. This is the biggest trip ever! Really this is the only trip that I look forward to going to. Well see my dad is the third kid in the family. There are seven kids total, five boys and two girls. Everyone of my dads siblings have more than two kids. So as you can see our trip is very crazy. That a good thing though. There is always something that you can do when you are around my family. There range of age is from 62 to 2. Whatever age you are you will find someone that you can play with or talk too! We really get together for everything, football games, all birthdays, holidays, and sometimes just to see each other. This summer we are going to the beach for the first time so we will see how that goes. 43 people in the same house for seven days sounds so good to me! It is going to be hard this year because we are going without the the most influential person of our whole family. My oldest girl cousin, Jenny! This past December she was in a car wreck an passed away! It was the worst thing that has ever happened in my life, we all miss her so much! The one thing  that came out of this is that we became so much closer. My family is the most important thing to me in my whole life and I would give up anytrhing for them, I would hope they would do the same for me!

Project Reflections

The project that I enjoyed the most was the name project. The three main reasons that I liked this project was that we were able to pick out our own music that we thought best resembled our personalities, get any pictures that had the letter in our names, and this was the project that I thought I did my best on. In this project we had to pick out pictures that showed what we liked and also ones that had that letters in our name.  With this we were able to pick out a song that best resembled our personalities. The song that I decided to pick was Fabulous by Ashley Tisdale. This song was in High School Musical the movie. I picked the song because the movie was my favorite and I think I am fabulous. Secondly, we were able to pick out our own pictures. A few of the pictures that I used were ones that had the letters in my name and others of  the sports I like and things that interest me.  The sports were water and snow skiing and cheerleading, other pictures were the Cubs symbol, shopping, and Chicago. I did the best on this project because it was about me and what I like. I know those things pretty well!

Invention

If i could invent anything it would be a robot that would do anything I told it to. The main things I would tell it to do would be to clean my room, make me food, and do my make up and hair. When I would tell it to clean my room it would first make my bed, then fold and put all of my clothes away, and lastly dust and vacuum. The reasons that I would have it do that is because I am a very lazy person and my mom makes me do those thing almost everyday. I hate dong them. The next thing I would tell it to do is make me food. I love eating, and I am a very bad cook. So when I try to make anything it is not very good. This way if I have a robot I can have it make me whatever I was in the mood for. In some ways that is not a good thing because like I said I am very lazy so I could get fat. The last thing that I would make my invention do is get me ready.  See in the morning I try to sleep in as long as I can but, I have to get up and get ready. If the robot would do by make up and hair I would be able to sleep in longer and look good everyday! Someday I hope that I can invent this robot!

Valuable Lesson

 I have learned many valuable lessons, but I think that the most important one is to be yourself. When I came into high school everyone was trying to be something they were not so that they could fit in. When we were in grade school it was so much better because people were not as fake and did not care what people thought about them. Sometimes I wish I was still in grade school. When people changed the way that they looked they would change their personality. I had a friend that I could tell any thing to but when we got into high school she totally changed. I can not tell her any thing because she will go back and tell people just to be cool. She would do that to her new friends now and they did not like it either. Now she really does not have any friends. That is why you should not change when you go to high school or any where new!

Food

Well food is a very important thing in my life! I love eating food! I think that the best thing to eat is sweets, the worst thing to eat is fish or hamburgers, and the strangest thing that I have ever  had in my like was squid. The best thing to eat is sweets. The reason that I think it is the best is because there are many things that you can eat from cakes to cookies and ice cream to jello. There are so many things that you can pick from. This way everyone has something they like. My favorite is pie. The worst thing to eat is fish or hamburgers. I really have never liked any of them so that is why I think that I hate them so much. People say that it is so weird because that is usually someone's favorite food. I think that squid is the the strangest thing I have ever had. I had it when I was in Puerto Rico. My dad made me try it. I think the reason that I didn't like it at all is because I really do not like sea food. 

Bucket List.

There are many things that I would like to do before I die. The top ten things I would like to do is, an they are not in order. The first thing is I would like to get married and be able to have a family. The second thing is be able to travel some parts of the world. My third thing is go to college, I really don't know where I would like to go to college but I know that I would like to go some where where I can learn about medicine.  My fourth thing is be able to meet Michael Phelps. The reason that I would like to meet him is because he is a very good swimmer and he is good looking. My fifth thing is be able to run all the time without getting tired. I can run maybe a lap without getting tried so I think that it would be cool to run and not get tired. My next thing is deep sea fishing. The reason that I would like to do that is because my dad did that and he said it was cool so I would like to try it. Another thing that I would like to do is learn different languages. I am in french right now but I would still like to learn some more. The eighth  thing that I would like to do is make a difference is someone's life. There are only a few people in my life that have made a difference and I would like to be a person in someone's life to make a difference. The next thing is to cut all my hair off. I don't know why I would like to do it I just want to. The last thing is to just live life like it could be my last!

Future Career

I really have no idea what i would like to be when I grow up! I think that I would like to do something that has to do with medicane but i do not know what yet. I really like helping other people an that is why I would like to help others. I really like being with little kids and seeing the way that they look at things. But I do not think that I could be a kid doctor because I would not want to see kids all sick! My step mom Terri is a docter down at OSF an I went down there about two weeks ago to see what she did. She is a nurse that is in the room when someone who is really hurt comes in an they need surgary. She hands the doctor what he or she needs. She also makes sure that everythings working thte way it should. I think that that would be a good future careeer for me.

Service Project

My service project that I am working on is St.  Phils cheerleading an i finished all of my hours through this. The reason that I am doing that is because I am a cheerleader at Notre Dame. I help with many things. Some of the things that I am helping with is making up their dance, teaching them cheers, an helping with stunts. I help make up their dance for the Blessed Sacrament competition. For their competition they need to have a dance, cheer and chant! They preform it at half time at their first game. I have been helping for two years an this year they won best over all. I also teach them all of the cheers that they need to know for the games. They use their cheers for side lines. I also teach them as many stunts as they can get! This year they learned more than the first year. The best thing that they got was a stair step. They were very excited about what they learned.  I liked helping them so I think that I will do it again next year!

Group Work

I really like group wok. The reasons that i like group work is because they are many advantages to working in groups. Some of the advantages are you don't have to do as much work, you get to work with your friends. The reason that you don't have to work as much is because you can just split up the work and then share what you have done. Its also a plus because you can work with your friends. So when you are working with your friends you can get everything done and be with who you want to. Some of the disadvantages of working in a group is when the teacher has to make up the groups. Sometimes you can be put in a bad group with people that you don't like or you do not get along with. I like working in groups an if I am in a group that i do not like I try just to get over it an get my work done.

Favorite Movie

 There are a lot of movies that I like but I thank that my favorites are all of the High School Musicals. The reasons that I like them so much is because they are good, I like who is in it, and everyone can watch them. There are three High School Musicals. The reason that they are good is because they are funny and there is no other movies like them. I think all the people that are in it. It stars Zac Efron, Vanessa Hudgens, Ashley Tisdale, lucas Grabeel, Corbin Bleu, and Monique Coleman. The director of the movie is Kenny Ortega, he also made up all of the dances. Anyone that wants to watch the movie can. There is not an age group that only can watch them. When the movie first came out I watched it with all of my friends, but when the second and third movie came out i watched it will everyone in my family. Its a great movie and if you some good movie to watch I think that you should watch them!

Dream Trip

I think that my dream trip would be going to Hollywood with Becky Linn Stoughton and meeting whoever we want to! We would go for how ever long that we wanted to. The first person that we would meet is Zac Effron. We would meet him first because he is good looking and he is in my favorite movie. He is in High School Musical one, two, and three! Next we would meet Michael Phelps because he is really good at swimming an so is becky. When we meet him becky would swim against him to see how fast she was, and in her dream she would beat him After that we would meet David Beckham because he seems like he is really nice and he is good looking. He is really good at soccer. The final person the we would meet is the Jonas Brothers. We would be able to go to their concerts whenever we could and also be back stage. That would be the best trip ever!

Favorite Subject

Well my favorite subject is French. The reason that french is my favorite is because its something new, its kind of easy, and I like the people who are in my class. French is something new because last year I took spanish an I hated it. My friend took french her freshman year and so she told me that I should try to take it if I didn't like spanish, so I did an I like it a lot more than spanish. Some of the reasons that I think its easy is because I understand it. My teacher is good at teaching it. I also like learing new things. The class is really fun because of all the people in it. My two best friends are in the class, Allison Rose Hanley and Natalie Lucas. Other people that are in that class that are funny are Connor, Jack, Drew. We also play some fun games in that class. Well if you don't like what you are doing right now i think that you should take french

Myself.. =)

Hi well my name is Brianna Scahber an I'm a sophomore at Peoria Notre Dame.  I'm sixteen years old an have been attending a catholic school for my whole life. I lived in Chicago until second grade when I moved to Peoria.  From 2nd grade to 8th grade I went to St. Phil's. Even tho I'm old enough I still don't have my license. My parents are unfortunately divorced, but a bigger family came out of that. Both of my parents remarried. My dad married a lady named Terri two years ago, and my mom married a guy named brett three years ago. I have one real brother Mac, and one real sister Mackenzie. Mac also attends Notre Dame, he is 17. Mackenzie attends St. Phil's and is 12. Including my half and step sisters and brothers i have one brother and three other sisters. Lauren and Alexis are Terri's kids from another marriage. Lauren is 25 and goes to ISU, Alexis is 20 and also attends ISU. On my mom's side i have one half sister Katie which is 6, she also goes to St. Phil's. There is Austin who is Brett's son from a different marriage. Well I am a cheerleader at ND, and will be doing swimming next year. well that pretty much my life so far thanks!!
